c. BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF STAFF MEMBER
Dr. Dorjsuren Dechinlkhundev (Dorj)
Dr. Dorjsuren Dechinlkhundev is the president and founder of ECOTRADE LLC. He is responsible for the administrative and financial management of an environmental consulting firm, specializing in environmental management and permitting. This firm undertakes comprehensive environmental consulting duties for mining, oil utility, manufacturing, government and other clients. Technical areas of expertise include hydrogeology and environmental impact and risk assessment, water resources and quality. Dr.Dorjsuren has served as Principal Environmental and Water Resources Quality Consultant to a wide variety of domestic and international clients over the past 12 years. Dr. D.Dorjsuren serves as Principal in Charge for large, comprehensive, environmental management and permitting programs in the Mongolia. He is involved in a wide variety of environmental permitting, water regulation, and policy related issues at both local and state levels.
Mr. T.Enkhtulga (Tulga)
Mr. T.Enkhtulga (Tulga)
Mr. T.Enkhtulga is the Senior Program Manager and Chief Environmental Economist for ECOTRADE LLC. He received his B.S. degree in Economy from Mongolia State University (NUM) and M.S. degree in London, UK. Mr. T.Enkhtulga has been working at ECOTRADE since 2003 and has been involved in several of ECOTRADE’s international and domestic projects. As a project manager and/or executive Mr.T.Enkhtulga has been working on Uranium Mining and Infrastructure Projects. In his spare time, Tulga plays tennis and enjoys watching TV programs, as well as Hollywood action/comedy movies.
Mrs. Oyuntuya Sukhbat (Oyuka)
Ms. Oyuntuya Sukhbat studied in Irkutsk, Russia. She has a B.S. degree in Biology and an M.A. in Environmental Biology or Ecologist. Oyuntuya started her work at ECOTRADE in 2007 on due diligence for international uranium and coal mining and power projects. She managed EIA of Water resources Projects in Omnigobi, Mongolia and has been involved in several international projects that were permitted to Mongolian standards. She is an Environmental Impact Analysis specialist and is currently the Environmental Task Manager at ECOTRADE LLC. She has also been involved with projects in Russia. Oyuka is always ready to try out new designs of clothes.
Mr. P.Janchivdorj is the Chief GIS Data manager for ECOTRADE LLC. He received his B.S. degree in Land management from Mongolia State University (NUM) and M.S. degree in GIS for Environmental Data. Mr. P.Janchivdorj has been working at ECOTRADE since 2002 and has been involved in most of ECOTRADE’s international and domestic projects. As a GIS data manager Mr. P.Janchivdorj has been working on all projects which ECOTRADE has worked on. He is always trying to improve his ability to work with Satellite Image Data for Environmental Issues. His hobbies include playing computer games, watching TV programs, and enjoying Hollywood action / comedy movies.
Mr. O.Ankhbayar (Anha)
Mr. O.Ankhbayar is the technical staff member for ECOTRADE LLC. He received his B.S. degree in Land management from Mongolia State University (NUM) and M.S. degree in Geology at Mongolian University of Science and Technology. Mr. O.Ankhbayr has been working at ECOTRADE since 2006 and has been involved in several domestic projects for Placer gold, coal mines and quarry sites. As a technical staff officer Mr. O.Ankhbayar has been involved in most projects. In his spare time he plays chess and looks after animals.
Mr. A.Altankhuyag (Huyga)
Mr. A.Altankhuyag is a technical staff member for ECOTRADE LLC. He received his B.S. degree in Geology and Hydrogeology from Mongolian University of Science and Technology. Mr. A.Altankhuyag has been working at ECOTRADE since 2006 and has been involved in several domestic projects for Placer gold, coal mines and quarry sites. His hobbies include horse riding and nature trekking.
Ms. B. Munkhjargal (Moogie)
Ms. Munkhjargal is with Ecotrade LLC since 2008. She works as a project manager and she is primarily responsible for ensuring client’s compliance with environmental regulations and to conduct environmental impact assessment (EIA) on proposed projects. She has conducted and participated in number of EIA for infrastructure and mining projects.
She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology (National University of Mongolia) and Master of Science degree in Environmental Science, Policy and Management (University of Manchester and Central European University).
Munkhjargal enjoys watching science and nature documentaries and Hollywood as well as non-Hollywood movies, and reads philosophical, romantic and historical fictions. She is interested in non-fiction books about Mongolia by foreign authors. Her favorite activity is to visit world famous landmarks, museums and art galleries.
Mrs. S. Nergui
S. Nergui studied in National University of Mongolia and has bachelor degree in Ecologist. When she is studying in NUM, she has attended in IWRM MoMo project (Integrated Water Resources Management in Central Asia: Model Region Mongolia) for 3 years as trainee student. S. Nergui has started her work at Ecotrade in 2009 and on diligence for internationall coal mining and gold-copper mining projects. She also has experienced in SMEC – Professional Engineering and Development Consultants for 6 months. She is an Environmental Impacts Analysis specialist and is currently working on Project Manager Position at the Ecotrade LLC. Nergui interests in natural travel and watch comedy movies.
Ms. G. Anar
Ms. G. Anar is an EIA specialist of ECOTRADE LLC. She earned a B.S. degree in Hydrology from the National University of Mongolia (NUM). Ms. G. Anar has been working for ECOTRADE since 2009 and involved in several projects in infrastructure corridor, and coal mines. In her free time, she likes to draw, do sports, listen to music and read books.
Mr. E. Khurelbaatar (Khurlee)
E. Khurelbaatar has joined Ecotrade in 2007. He is biologist. He graduated Mongolian State Pedagogical University in 2007 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. He has participated in numerous mining, infrastructures (road, railway, electricity transmission line), and medicine production, disturbance and degradation survey and damage assessment projects. He is interested in cycling, soccer, basketball, and sketching and wildlife photography.
Ms. O. Ganchimeg (Gana)
She is working as a hydrologist in Eco Trade since 2010. Ganchimeg has graduated The School of Geography and Geology of National University of Mongolia in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science in Hydrology. She is mainly responsible for conducting EIA on ground water. In her spare time, she enjoys going outdoors and reading books about science and mystery.
