Dump Leaching and Cathode Copper Extraction (SX-EW) Plant EIA Supplementary for Erdmin Co.,/Marubeni Japan, Capital Resources Inc., USA, 1998

Erdmin SX/EW plant began commercial activity in 1997 based on Erdenet Mine Low grade ore Dumps. The main technology is Solvent extraction and Electro wining. The Plant has been producing 999.9% Cathode Copper since 1997. Now, American Capital Resources Inc and Mongolian-Russian Joint Venture Erdenet Mining Company is acquiring most of the interest in this company.

Ecotrade has provided them environmental works as Supplement EIA for extending Dumps and Pregnant Solution Ponds. We also completed an environmental audit for their activity in 2003, and worked on EIA Statements for Erdmin Phase II for the Marubeni Corporation of Japan in 1998.
